Assembling a strong team is one of the toughest aspects of an artist’s journey. Once you have the right people in place, sharing the tools and resources they need to support your career should be straightforward.

To make this easier, Spotify created a tool that allows you to bring your entire team onto your Spotify for Artists account.

Here’s how it works.

To add team members on Spotify for Artists, start by logging in and clicking the arrow next to your name. In the dropdown menu, select “Manage Team.” This will open a page where you can enter the email addresses of the people you’d like to invite, such as bandmates, managers, or other trusted team members.

There are three levels of access you can assign:

Full Access: These users have full control over all Spotify for Artists features. They can edit your artist profile, view your stats, invite new team members, and manage team permissions. This access is ideal for band members or managers who need full oversight.
Edit Access: Users with edit access can update your profile and view your stats. They can invite new team members but only with edit or view-only permissions, and they have a limited view of the “Team” page. This level might suit roles like booking agents.
View Access: These users can view your stats but cannot edit your profile or see team settings. They do not have access to the “Team” section, so they can’t invite others or see team details.

Once invited, your team members will be able to view your stats and manage your artist page according to their permission level. You can see and manage your team on the Team Page, with flexibility to invite as many members as needed for your team.
